IPS has a full service in house engineering staff that is qualified to design the entire line of systems and products we furnish. We have a number of NICET Certified Engineers up to Level IV. We are able to apply the proper features of each system to fit the particular needs of each customer. We want to be certain that when we put the IPS name on a project it represents the highest quality and value.
Without proper design, an electronic system is simply an assembly of parts that is unlikely to operate properly. Furthermore, an improperly designed system will take longer to install, be prone to wiring and connection failures, become difficult to maintain, or just simply may not work. A properly designed system will be reliable, have circuits that are properly loaded, and include calculations and wiring methods that are code compliant.
When the equipment is part of a life safety system, we assure that it will comply with all state and local codes. And, we can prepare drawings and all of the necessary documentation required to obtain building permits for installation.
We work with the latest version of AutoCAD (2012) to produce high quality floor plans, single line diagrams, and the required calculations for a complete professional drawing package.
