IPS is looking for an experienced access control technician. Candidate must have experience installing and programming various access control systems, preferably Lenel. Must be able to work independently. Must be willing to work occasional hours that fall outside of the normal schedule, with some traveling occasionally.
IPS is looking for an Office Assistant for our Columbus branch. This person would assist with answering the phones, greeting customers, shipping and receiving, scheduling technicians, and other various office duties. Candidate must have general computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Effectively meet the needs of major customer projects through implementing, overseeing, and assisting in their successful on-site installation and commission. Perform a variety of tasks that support our quality and safety missions. Help develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service. Job entails about 90% traveling out of town. Lenel Certifications preferred, but not required

Successful candidates shall: exceed sales goals by effectively prospecting and qualifying new customers; develop creative solutions to meet their customers’ unique needs; develop new customers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building; exceed customer needs and deliver excellent customer service to retain and expand their customer base; must have relentless follow-up with internal and external customers to ensure needs are met and expectations are exceeded; and educate customers about other IPS solutions. Someone who has good communication skills, can work with minimal direction, and is money motivated. Looking for someone with industry experience or those without industry experience if they display a willingness to learn.
